I always trust Em with a mystery set, I love the surprise and have yet to be disappointed. I am such an indecisive person and love being able to just ask for a few colours and receive something beautiful. I've yet to be disappointed after many mystery orders. Customer service is always incredible, Em is so lovely and friendly and always happy to go the extra mile, such amazing quality. I can easily get 2 weeks out of a set with proper prep, plus they're reusable! I would honestly never go anywhere else now.
I asked for a lavender fairy inspired mystery set, and Em delivered! She is super talented and the set is absolutely gorgeous.
When a gem on one nail popped off unexpectedly, Em replaced both of the nails with gems on for free no questions asked! She is super lovely and I couldn’t be happier!
